My Teaching Attitude
It was 2003 when Sonal taught a set of children and realised that teaching is no less than skill. Those days were full of questioning for her, What is that she is good at? Why she is doing what she is doing? Is her way a right way to teach children? Do they really connect with her? and so on. Her story began right then. Each day was full of reflection. She used to read a lot, research and validate what she was reading. The knowledge she gained became the stimulation for her to apply in her classrooms. After some time she realised that there was a beautiful relationship that she started building with children and that rapport became a tool for her to lead them. She also started trusting them more. Their assignments used to be their assignments with their deadlines. It was amazing to be in that space, She was experiencing a purposeful life. Sonal then decided to share her stories with other educators and
school leaders and dedicated her life to touch more lives. Today there are so many existing possibilities that she has created for educators to help them evolve in their professional life and become pro at it. Many reputed schools of Delhi Ncr are connected with her and she tells her most beautiful tales.
